Hi, I'm Adam - a product manager based in London.

I care about building great digital products that work well and feel good to use. I pair strong product instinct with data to make clear decisions and help teams focus their energy where it matters most.

I've worked across B2B SaaS and ecommerce, and I'm currently at Ruggable, driving growth and conversion across global storefronts. My work centres on improving how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products through experimentation, data, and tight collaboration with design and engineering.

I studied biotechnology at university, which gave me a way of thinking about systems and experimentation that's stayed with me. I use that same approach outside of work at my allotment, where progress comes from patience, observation, and iteration - much like product work.
